With over 15 years of experience in sports injury rehabilitation, strength training, and conditioning, Nadus Nieuwoudt has dedicated his career to optimizing athletic performance. He has worked with elite athletes, including Olympians and Paralympians, and has played a key role in high-performance rugby, managing rehabilitation and strength programs for Super Rugby and Pro14 teams. Outside of work, Nadus is an avid freshwater fisherman who enjoys the thrill of the catch and the tranquility of nature. When he's not on the water, you'll likely find him mountain biking or exploring the great outdoors.
Sumi, as she is known by many, is driven by a deep passion for sport, movement, and the people she treats. She finds her greatest motivation in building lasting relationships with her clients and witnessing their progress as they improve their physical health and reach their unique performance goals. When she isn't in the clinic helping patients recover from injury, she is likely still on the court. An avid sportswoman, she spends most of her free time either playing or coaching netball, both indoors and out.
Zenobea has a passion for helping her patients return to living their lives to the fullest. Her philosophy goes beyond simply "fixing" an injury; she believes that true rehabilitation should empower individuals to return to their work, sports, and daily routines feeling stronger and more confident than before. As a competitive professional sprinter in the 100m, 200m, and 400m sprints, Zenobea has a firsthand understanding of the body's incredible capabilities. She knows exactly how vital proper rehabilitation, strength, and conditioning is, not just for elite performance, but for long-term injury prevention. Zenobea is famously powered by iced coffee and firmly believes there is no wrong time of day to enjoy one!
